        As a Warehouse Associate you will participate in our warehouse operations and activities. Warehouse Worker responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing and scanning orders. The goal is to increase efficiency, while maintaining a safe work environment for yourself and others.Responsibilities:Assembles and fills orders to be shipped to customers or other divisions.Loads/Unloads common carrier and company vehicles.Assembles customer orders to be shipped via UPS/LTLProcesses paperwork regarding shipments including: verifying that the merchandise to be shipped is correct, applying the correct postage tape, filling out proper BOL information for LTL shipments, following customer shipping instructions and insuring the shipment when necessary.Gathers assembled orders that are in carts and verify the quantities and descriptions. Counts and writes total quantity of merchandise being shipped on the invoice.Packs each order into a container and arranges the container onto a shelf according to truck route.Verifies quantities and items being shipped against the invoice.Substitutes for other warehouse personnel when needed.Other duties as assigned.Use of Scanner for Warehouse Management System, picking orders and general put away of material after receipt.Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)Skills:Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers to aid in satisfying customer requirements.Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations in order to accurately complete job tasks.Ability to organize and prioritize job tasks and requirements.Able to meet deadlines.Excellent attendance record required.Able to work overtime as needed.Education:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:High school diploma or GED.General knowledge of electrical products.         Extrusion Process Technician is responsible for line changes/setups, machine and tooling troubleshooting, maintenance repair, and tear down of all extrusion line and extrusion machines as applicable to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient production environment, resulting in finished product.Responsibilities:Check micrometers at the beginning of each shift and log in book.Take machine readings as required or necessary to ensure proper settings, enter on the Operations Report. Make adjustments as needed and record changes.Pull material from stock, enter in inventory book and on material sheet, enter any unused material back into inventory. Maintain accurate material inventories.Take wall readings and O.D. readings with micrometer. Check O.D. with periphery tapes. Check product length. Enter all of these on the quality control sheets as required or necessary; make adjustments as needed to assure required quality control.Ensure product meets customer's specifications and accuracy. Report any issues or quality defects to the assistant shift leader and/or shift leader. Make sure printing is neat, clear, and correct; adjust as needed. Clean heads of ink jet printers at beginning of shift. Record any and all changes made in the extrusion process during your shift.Make sure that all extrusions are straight, ends cut square, smooth I.D., shiny and scratch free O.D., and that any out of specification product is isolated and disposed of or handled as required.Collect samples of pipe and rod for the lab as needed.Assist in starting up and knocking down extruders.Operate fork-lift truck as required in a safe manner.Set up and adjust skidding tables for skidding pipe. Bend and align bands for proper banding.Position plastic wrap in skidding table as needed. Keep seam off to one side and tuck ends under when closing up wrap.Operate the banding machine properly and tighten bands without snapping bands.Label skids when necessary and place labels where instructed on skid.Lift skid of pipe out of skidding table and stack skids as instructed.Select the proper tooling, assemble, and wire it.Make adjustments to the extruder, take offs, or tanks to bring the extrusion in to the proper specifications.Calculate and record extrusion rates, footage and pounds per hour.Access the computer for proper print stream (size, pressure, machine number, etc.) and download into printer.Provide for proper disposition of scrap and regrind.Keep work area clean.Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMSkills:StandingStoopingClimbingUse hands/fingers to handle or feel and operate and use equipment.
