Responsibilities:
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of the facility, equipment, and work practices.
Lead safety training sessions and orientations for both English- and Spanish-speaking employees.
Develop and implement safety policies, programs, and procedures in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety concerns; prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain and update safety records, MSDS/SDS files, and compliance logs.
Serve as a resource for employees and supervisors on safety-related matters.
Support emergency response planning and drills.
Collaborate with management to identify safety risks and implement preventive measures.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Skills:
OSHA 30 certification or similar safety training credentials.
Experience in a manufacturing, cable, or electrical environment is a plus.
CPR/First Aid certified.
Experience with safety data systems and digital reporting tools.

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Fluent in both English and Spanish - able to effectively communicate safety concepts to a diverse workforce.
At least 2 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing safety role.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and general industry safety practices.
Ability to lead training and present information clearly to groups.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Comfortable working in a loud, physical production environment and wearing required PPE.
