Responsibilities:
Revenue Lifecycle Management: Proactively track outstanding billings and engage with client accounts payable teams to ensure timely payment.
Quality Control & Verification: Audit outgoing documentation for accuracy in pricing, item numbers, and procurement authorizations.
Digital Portal Integration: Manage the daily transmission of data to client-facing web portals, ensuring 100% successful synchronization.
Cross-Functional Troubleshooting: Investigate administrative discrepancies and partner with Logistics, IT, and Finance to resolve root causes.
Data Reporting: Maintain weekly status logs on account health and system performance metrics.

Education: Degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.

Communication: Strong ability to negotiate and resolve issues professionally with both internal departments and external clients.
Organization: Proven ability to manage high-volume tasks with extreme attention to detail.
