We are seeking a trustworthy, dependable, and self motivated Retail Sales Associate to support a premier luxury handbag resale boutique in Naples, FL. This role is ideal for an experienced retail professional who thrives in high end customer engagement, takes pride in maintaining an exquisite store environment, and can successfully conduct daily store operations with confidence and limited oversight.
Responsibilities:
Professionally greet and assist customers to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
Handle cashier duties, process credit cards, and manage customer accounts accurately.
Account for all transactions, goods, and funds with meticulous attention to detail.
Prepare, package, and dispatch inventory received or sold.
Stock and clear shelves and displays to maintain a visually appealing store layout.
Proactively monitor online sales and activity.
Maintain orderly and clean premises while performing related duties assigned by leadership.
Conduct daily store operations efficiently with limited supervision.
Maintain the highest standards of honesty, integrity, and professional conduct.
Work the set schedule of Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:30 am???5:00 pm, and bi-weekly Saturdays from 10:30 am???3:30 pm.
Working hours: 10:25 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Previous experience in luxury retail, high end fashion, or handbag resale.
Familiarity with point of sale systems and basic inventory processing.
Experience tracking and monitoring online sales activity.
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Proven track record of dependability, honesty, and professional integrity.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong numerical accuracy for handling cashier duties and account management.
Ability to manage store operations independently with minimal oversight.
Excellent organizational skills for stocking, packaging, and dispatching goods.
