Responsibilities:
You are the organized engine that keeps the Business Development team on track and accountable. This role provides high-level administrative support while leveraging data to drive results.
?? Sales Operations & Accountability
Be the Data Wizard: Develop and maintain systems for tracking sales performance and provide regular, detailed reports to the VP of Business Development.
Drive Accountability: Use your exceptional persistence to track project progress, ensuring all objectives are met within required timelines.
Strategy Support: Contribute to implementing effective sales strategies and organize annual sales meetings.
?? Executive Administrative & Financial Support
VP Partner: Provide proactive, high-level administrative support to the VP of Business Development, managing complex calendars and ensuring timely communication with clients, vendors, and partners.
Financial Acumen: Apply your working knowledge of QuickBooks to manage departmental budgets, track expenses, and assist with Accounts Receivable operations.
Communication Hub: Draft, edit, and manage professional correspondence, agendas, and meeting minutes to ensure clarity and professionalism.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
Nice-to-Have Bonus:
Previous Executive Assistant experience
Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM tools
Bilingual skills (especially Spanish).
A passion for water activities is a huge plus!

Qualifications:
You are a detail-oriented, process-driven, and highly organized professional who thrives on meeting deadlines.
Exceptional Organizational & Time Management Skills: You have a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines without fail.
Financial & Technical Proficiency: Expertise in MS Office/Google Apps (especially Sheets/Docs) and a working knowledge of QuickBooks and budget management.
Exceptional Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Persistence & Adaptability: A willingness to learn and the ability to ensure projects are seen through to completion.
