In this role, you won't just be ringing up transactions, you will be building relationships, managing custom orders, and guiding clients through a luxury consultative design experience. While industry-specific hardware experience is not required (we are happy to train the right person), top-notch sales experience and an elite service mindset are absolute musts. This position will cater to affluent homeowners, custom builders, and high-end interior designers. This local business specializes in luxury architectural hardware and fixtures that define beautiful spaces. Delivering an elite, concierge-level service experience in the showroom reflects their commitment to excellence.
Compensation: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time (Business dress Monday - Thursday; Business Casual on Fridays)

Responsibilities:
VIP Client Consultation: Welcome and guide affluent homeowners, custom builders, and interior designers through our luxury showroom, providing an exceptional, high-touch consultative sales experience.
Order Management & Precision: Learn to handle custom orders and "take-offs" with extreme accuracy using our Excel-based tracking software (full training provided).
Relationship Building: Nurture long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and designer referrals.
Team Collaboration: Maintain a proactive, "no job is too small" attitude, assisting coworkers and supporting showroom operations whenever needed to ensure a seamless client experience.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: Proven track record in sales. Experience in luxury retail, high-end showrooms (lighting, flooring, tile, furniture), or an interior design background is a excellent plus, but a natural aptitude for relationship-driven selling is key.
Technical Skills: Basic comfort with computers; familiarity with Excel is a plus (we will train on our specific Excel-based system).
