Responsibilities:
As a Sales Hunter / Quota Crusher, you will be responsible for customer relations
between our technical products and our customers needs. You will be responsible for
managing inbound quote requests, creating quote requests, and supporting the sales
team with pricing information for a fast-paced turnaround and shipping. Not only do we
expect stellar customer relations, but we also expect dominance in the field.
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Review construction drawings and specifications to develop accurate quotes
Generate estimates and proposals using internal tools and pricing guidelines
Build and maintain relationships with architects, engineers, and
contractors
Find and bring in firms for sales as well as keeping up with regular customers
and following up with quote requests for sales conversions
Track and follow up on outstanding quotes to support sales conversions
Maintain CRM records and quoting documentation accurately
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Proven experience and track record of exceeding quotas with sales required
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Previous negotiation and closing skills
Math, problem-solving, as well as people skills (think charisma with
conviction)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience using quotation software, CRM systems
Strategic thinker and killer instinct
Background in architectural products, thermal insulation, or structural systems is
a plus
