Responsibilities:
High-Volume Outbound Calling: Execute 20+ outbound dials per day to targeted businesses within the local territory.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the geography and major business sectors of the Brazos Valley and surrounding counties.
Problem-Solving Mindset: A genuine desire to help local employers find solutions for their staffing and operational challenges.
Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Human Resources.
