Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a daily sales plan to prospect, cold-call, and secure new commercial and industrial accounts across the territory.
- Maintain and expand long-term relationships with existing customers through consistent on-site visits, product demonstrations, and account reviews.
- Inspect customer job sites and facilities to identify pain points, suggest cost-effective equipment upgrades, and manage inventory stocking solutions.
- Generate accurate pricing quotes, present detailed proposals, negotiate terms, and follow through to close sales.
- Collaborate closely with internal customer service, sourcing, and delivery teams to ensure precise order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor local industrial trends, track competitor pricing, and report regular pipeline activity through CRM system.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
- Familiarity with the industrial and business landscape of Wichita Falls and surrounding North Texas counties.
- Interpersonal, negotiation, and verbal/written communication skills.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience, preferably within industrial distribution, MRO supplies, manufacturing, or commercial equipment.
- Proven ability to manage a flexible daily schedule, prioritize high-value prospects, and work independently without direct supervision.
- Ability to quickly learn technical product specs across hydraulics, fasteners, safety gear, power tools, and mechanical supplies.
- Valid drivers license, a clean driving record, and a reliable personal vehicle.
