This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with incredible long-term potential for the right driven professional!
Responsibilities:
Conduct deep-dive discovery calls and meetings to analyze a client's environment, budget, and brand goals. Recommend specific product types, substrates, and finishes based on durability and budget requirements.
Utilize internal software to build precise estimates based on material costs, labor, and design time. Act as the bridge between the customer and design team to ensure "the vision" translates accurately to the production file.
Proactively follow up on open quotes and leads to keep your sales pipeline moving forward. Address any production delays or installation hurdles transparently with a solution-oriented mindset.
Identify strategic opportunities to add value and maximize account growth
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Prior experience in the print, signage, or graphic arts industry.
Familiarity with estimating or CRM project management software.
Experience conducting basic site surveys (taking site photos and field measurements).
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service, consultative sales, or account management role.
Ability to comfortably calculate measurements, read dimensions, and generate accurate cost estimates.
Ability to translate technical terminology (substrates, finishes, installation specs) into clear, easy-to-understand concepts for clients.
Strong pipeline and project tracking habits with the ability to manage multiple client timelines simultaneously.
