Responsibilities:
Provide daily internal sales support to account managers, sales representatives, and customers.
Process customer orders, prepare quotes, and monitor inquiries from initial request through completion.
Communicate with customers regarding orders, product information, pricing, and delivery status.
Coordinate with sales, production, shipping, and customer service teams to support on-time order fulfillment.
Enter and maintain accurate customer, order, and sales information in company systems.
Review orders for accuracy and address discrepancies or missing information.
Track order status and communicate updates to customers and sales team members.
Maintain organized sales records, documentation, and correspondence.
Assist with resolving customer concerns and administrative issues.
Prioritize multiple orders, requests, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Support account managers and sales representatives with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Follow company procedures for order entry, documentation, and customer service.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or similar environment.
Previous experience supporting an outside sales or account management team.
Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems.
Experience processing sales orders, preparing quotes, or coordinating shipments.
Knowledge of manufacturing products, processes, or terminology.
Experience working with production, shipping, purchasing, or operations teams.
Associate degree or equivalent relevant work experience preferred.

High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, sales support, order entry, or administrative support.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel.
Ability to learn and navigate ERP, CRM, and sales order management systems.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments.
Professional and customer-focused approach to communication.
Ability to identify problems, research information, and follow through on solutions.
