1. System Operation & Maintenance - Monitor the operating status of enterprise systems (SAP, SRM, CRM) and their interfaces, identify alerts, and resolve performance bottlenecks.- Respond promptly to system incidents and ensure uninterrupted operation of critical business processes, including production, procurement, and sales.- Execute system data backup procedures and periodically test disaster recovery processes. 2. Business User Support - Provide SAP technical support to business departments and resolve daily operational issues and user inquiries.- Configure and audit SAP system authorizations to ensure proper access control and prevent misuse of permissions. -Develop and maintain SAP operation manuals and provide system training for employees and business partners. 3. Data Management & Analysis- Maintain SAP master data and ensure data synchronization and accuracy across integrated systems. - Extract and analyze business data, providing management with decision-making support and recommendations for cost reduction and operational efficiency improvement. 4. Project Support, Security & Compliance - Assist in new module implementation, functional testing, and system upgrades. - Participate in emergency support activities and respond to critical business requirements outside regular working hours, such as month-end closing.

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Management, or related disciplines.Minimum of 3 years of IT operation and maintenance experience in the manufacturing industry. Proficient in at least two of the following systems: SAP (FICO/MM/SD), OA, SRM, and CRM.Familiar with databases (SQL/Oracle), system integration, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
