Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation: $25 to $40 per hour (Dependent on Experience)

Responsibilities:
Leadership & Staff Management: Hire, train, manage, and develop teachers and support staff; conduct performance evaluations and foster a supportive, collaborative team culture.

Daily Administration: Oversee daily operations, maintain staff records, ensure health and safety procedures are executed flawlessly, and keep the campus environment clean and organized.

Financial Oversight: Manage school finances, including creating, planning, and forecasting budgets, and provide regular financial reporting to the Board of Directors.

Community & Enrollment Management: Actively communicate with parents regarding progress and school updates; execute initiatives to maximize enrollment and promote the school's services.

Strategic Growth: Lead local community engagement, fundraising initiatives, and networking opportunities to support the school???s non-profit mission.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Educational Alignment: Familiarity or experience working within specialized, child-centered early childhood philosophies (e.g., progressive, independent, or structured developmental models).

Non-Profit Acumen: Direct experience with non-profit operations, fundraising, or grant writing.

Communication & Influence: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to confidently interface with multiple stakeholders, including boards of directors and families.

Bachelors

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
Proven Leadership: 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in an educational, childcare, or early childhood center environment.

Administrative Expertise: 5+ years of progressive office administration experience, with demonstrated skills in budgeting and financial planning.

Credentials: Valid First Aid/CPR certification and food handling preparation license (or the absolute ability to obtain both within 30 days of hire).

Background Screening: Ability to successfully pass a standard pre-employment background check.
