• Pay range: $23 to $25 per hour, based on experience
• Full-time, seasonal position through mid-to-late October
• Daytime shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• Up to $800 in season-end and performance bonuses
• Paid on-the-job training in machine operation and quality control

What You'll Do:

• Operate production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor machine performance and notify supervisors of any maintenance needs
• Verify product labels, weights, and packaging to maintain high quality standards
• Inspect, sort, and prepare products for final packaging and shipping
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe
• Transport materials across the facility using carts, dollies, and warehouse equipment

What You'll Bring:

• High attention to detail and a focus on product accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and stand during an 8-hour shift
• Comfort operating basic machinery and following standard work instructions
• Basic computer or tablet skills
• Strong attendance, teamwork skills, and a positive attitude
• Full availability to work through mid-to-late October
