Position Overview: We are seeking detail-oriented Compliance Auditors to conduct routine mystery-shopping visits across designated retail locations. In this role, you will visit assigned stores to attempt purchases of age-restricted items (alcohol and tobacco) to ensure store clerks are properly requesting identification and adhering to state and federal compliance laws.
Note: Actual purchases are not required. Your primary task is to test and document whether clerks request proper identification.

Conduct compliance checks at various assigned retail locations.
Accurately evaluate and document whether retail employees ask for valid ID.
Maintain clear and reliable reporting of completed store visits.
Requirements:
Age Requirement: Must be between 21 and 25 years old (strict regulatory requirement—no exceptions).
Transportation: Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and proof of active auto insurance.
Agreement: Must sign a standard hold-harmless agreement prior to starting.
