Responsibilities:
Managing the transition from estimate/pre-construction to construction, including design management when applicable.
Safeguarding project bid positions.
Ensuring all projects are completed in a safe, ethical manner and in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
Fostering a strong culture of safety, quality, and accountability, particularly within the mission-critical construction environment.
Directing and managing the complex construction of large-scale data center infrastructure, including mechanical, electrical, and control systems, ensuring adherence to rigorous uptime and resiliency requirements.
Coordinating commissioning and integrated systems testing to ensure all critical systems perform as specified prior to handover.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Domain Expertise:

Extensive experience in Mission Critical construction (e.g., data centers, highly reliable infrastructure projects).

Project Management Acumen:

Ability to budget, organize, implement, and schedule large, complex projects.

Proficiency in design management and oversight during the transition from pre-construction.

Skills in managing project transitions to protect the initial bid position.

Leadership & Team Management:

Strong ability to assemble and lead Project Management Teams.

Proven capabilities in developing and mentoring team members.

Compliance & Ethics:

Deep understanding of construction safety standards and creating an ethical work environment.

Knowledge of and adherence to all federal, state, and local construction laws.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor???s Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.

Minimum 10 years prior relevant experience (total experience).
