Responsibilities:

•  Manage logistics by greeting truck drivers and coordinating order dispatch
• Generate and organize essential paperwork including tags and Bills of Lading (BOLs)
• Input accurate data and scan documents into the Select Line system
• Audit shipments and resolve any order discrepancies to ensure accuracy
• Maintain a clear line of communication between the production floor and logistics partners

Qualifications:

• Experience in a warehouse or logistics office
• Intermediate computer skills with the ability to learn new software
• Previous experience with ERP and/or Logistics Software
• Strong multitasking skills and high attention to detail for documentation
• Effective communication skills
• Reliable professional who thrives in a busy industrial environment
