Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate all third party freight pickups and deliveries
Oversee packaging of finished products to ensure accuracy and quality
Prepare all outbound shipping paperwork and documentation
Verify product loaded onto trucks before departure
Plan upcoming shipments based on production schedules and customer due dates
Receive incoming purchases and verify quantities
Confirm daily receipt of materials and report discrepancies
Manage and support a team of 4?5 shipping/receiving employees
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
