Job Description:

The Shipping/Receiving Clerk has a complete understanding of shipping and receiving practices. He/she successfully receives product and material and prepares finished product for shipment. 

Responsibilities:

• Shipping Clerk job responsibilities include:
  • Follow packaging and shipping instructions on the job traveler to conform to customer
  • Interact with outbound truck drivers to assure proper product loading and that all required paperwork is complete
  • Visually inspect incoming product for damage and reconcile products received with the purchase order and shipping paperwork

  Education: High School

  • Shipping Clerk requires High School Diploma or GED

  Experience: 9 months

  • Experience with inventory & shipping receiving required.
