Responsibilities:
Logistics & Paperwork: Efficiently manage, verify, and process incoming and outgoing shipping documents, bills of lading, and manifests.
Data Entry: Use company computer systems to accurately log inventory numbers, track order status, and update shipment records.
Team Coordination: Coordinate closely with warehouse loaders, forklift operators, and truck drivers to ensure shipments leave on time.
Quality & Accuracy: Cross-check order sheets against physical inventory to prevent errors before trucks depart.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM
Skills:
Previous experience in a shipping/receiving department, scale house, or warehouse office.
Familiarity with inventory tracking or logistics software.
Bilingual skills (English/Spanish).

Qualifications:
Computer Skills: Strong basic computer knowledge with the ability to easily navigate databases, type accurately, and input logistics data.

Availability: Flexible and fully available to work a Monday through Saturday schedule.
