What You'll Do:
- Input all incoming orders into the management software to ensure accurate real-time tracking
- Update and maintain digital inventory records to reflect current stock levels
- Create loading sheets to guide the warehouse team through daily order fulfillment
- Provide direct support to dealers by helping them manage and navigate their accounts
- Coordinate closely with the logistics team to ensure digital records match physical shipments
- Maintain clear communication via phone and email to facilitate efficient business operations
What You'll Bring:
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Proficiency with computers and a comfort level learning new industry software
- Excellent communication and professional phone etiquette
- A detail-oriented mindset to ensure order and data accuracy
- Experience in shipping, logistics, or distribution environments preferred
