Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders, invoices, and packing slips to ensure accuracy.
Receive, inspect, unpack, and document materials; report and resolve damages or discrepancies.
Maintain accurate inventory records by tracking materials in inventory systems.
Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading and shipping orders.
Package, label, and prepare materials for shipment using proper tools and procedures.
Coordinate with carriers and logistics providers to arrange shipments and deliveries.
Determine appropriate shipping methods, routes, and cost-effective solutions.
Move materials throughout the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other equipment.
Deliver materials to designated departments and maintain organized storage areas.
Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to resolve shipping and receiving issues.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Participate in training programs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 AM

Skills:
Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems (WMS).
Knowledge of shipping documentation and logistics processes (e.g., bills of lading, freight coordination).
Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial environments.
Good problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Good interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and carriers.
Understanding of safety regulations and quality standards (e.g., ISO, IATF).

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
1???2+ years of shipping and receiving experience, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and inventory systems.
Attention to detail with solid organizational and recordkeeping skills.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Basic math skills for inventory tracking, measurements, and shipping calculations.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.
