Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment: Accurately pull, pack, and process all outbound orders, including complex international shipments.
Documentation & Compliance: Create and manage all necessary shipping documents, including shipment labels, Bills of Lading (BOLs), and customs documentation, ensuring all shipments are compliant.
Inventory Management: Execute cycle counts, perform inventory transfers, and resolve discrepancies promptly to maintain inventory accuracy.
Logistics Coordination: Schedule carrier pick-ups and ensure all packages are appropriately labeled and packaged securely for transport.
System Utilization: Utilize ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office tools to accurately complete all inventory, receiving, and shipping transactions.
Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently use a pallet handler and maintain the ability to become forklift certified upon hire.
Working hours: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
Current forklift certification is a plus.
Experience with international shipping procedures and customs documentation.
Familiarity with orthotic and prosthetic products.

Qualifications:
Experience: High School Diploma or GED is required. Must have previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
Technical Proficiency: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Shipping & Inventory Knowledge: Practical knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory management software (e.g., ERP/MRP systems).
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for 6-8 hours a day and perform continuous lifting, reaching, and pulling. Must be able to handle occasional items up to 50 lbs.
Attention to Detail: Proven ability to read small numbers and strictly follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols.
