Spherion is seeking a Social Media and Digital Engagement Manager for our client in Lima, OH You will be responsible for content creation, community engagement, trend tracking, and lead generation-working directly with our leadership team to turn digital visibility into real business growth. Responsibilities:
Manage and execute daily activity across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Threads, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create original, engaging content including photos, videos, stories, and interactive formats that reflect our brand voice
Engage with customers and followers in a timely, authentic, and brand-positive manner
Monitor trending topics, hashtags, viral challenges, and digital food trends to keep our content fresh and relevant
Collaborate with marketing and operations to support promotions, product launches, hiring efforts, and franchise development
Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize strategies accordingly
Generate leads and social referrals for franchise or location interest and hand off qualified leads to management
Represent the brand at store events, openings, and other public-facing opportunities (occasional travel may be required)
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Qualifications:
2+ years managing brand social media
Strong experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and trending content formats
Ability to design and write for brand voice with creativity and humor
Self-starter mindset with excellent time management skills
Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, Later, Sprout Social, etc.)
Bonus: Photography/videography/editing skills
Passion for Food and understanding of food culture
