Responsibilities:
Post & Record: Verify, classify, and record day-to-day financial transactions and general ledger data.
Reconcile & Close: Prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and support monthly closing procedures across multiple companies.
Manage & Support: Oversee fixed assets, support cost and inventory accounting functions, and serve as backup for key managerial roles.
Collaborate & Streamline: Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Purchasing, and Operations to resolve discrepancies and refine workflows.
Enforce & Maintain: Ensure strict compliance with internal policies and GAAP standards.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Industry Insight: Background working within a manufacturing environment.
Specialized Knowledge: Prior experience managing Fixed Assets or Costing/Inventory accounting functions.

Qualifications:
Education: Associate or Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Experience: 3?5 years of general accounting experience, including 1?2 years handling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
Professional Traits: Strong organizational habits, high attention to detail, and professional communication skills.
