Responsibilities:
Find Candidates: Call, interview, and match job seekers with local businesses.
Build Relationships: Talk with local companies to understand what hiring help they need.
Check References: Verify past work experience for job applicants.
Stay Organized: Keep clear notes on candidates and clients in our computer system.
Grow Business: Follow up with current clients to make sure they are happy with our service.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Great at multitasking, handling changes, and working well in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Experience: At least 1 year of business-to-business (B2B) experience. (Recruiting experience is a plus, but not required!)
Education: High school diploma required (Bachelors degree is a plus).
Tech Skills: Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google tools.
People Skills: Energetic, clear communicator, and comfortable talking on the phone or in person.
