- Financial services or regulated industry experience preferred.- Experience working cross-functionally and with external partners strongly preferred.- Act as a problem-solver and execution leader to keep projects moving and reduce friction across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, statistics, data analytics, or related field.- 6-8 years of professional marketing experience, with demonstrated responsibility for campaign execution and performance.- Experience working with marketing automation platforms and data-driven marketing programs.- Strong understanding of marketing strategy, performance marketing, and advertising principles.- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot.- Strong working knowledge of paid media, targeting, segmentation, and performance optimization.- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
