We are recruiting for an experienced Residential Superintendent to lead the construction of semi-custom and custom homes.
As the primary onsite leader, you will be responsible for transforming architectural blueprints into breathtaking realities. You will manage the entire lifecycle of the build-from site prep to the final punch list-ensuring every square inch meets uncompromising standards for quality, safety, and craftsmanship. Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring trade partners and vendors adhere to the schedule and design specifications.
Conduct rigorous inspections at every phase (framing, MEP, finishes) to maintain "custom-level" excellence.
Coordinate deliveries and subcontractor workflows to ensure the project remains on track and within budget.
Enforce OSHA safety standards and ensure all work complies with local building codes and permit requirements.
Act as a professional point of contact for homeowners, providing regular progress updates and managing expectations.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Bilingual in Spanish preferred

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Ability to read and interpret complex architectural drawings, structural layouts, and interior design finish schedules.
Proven ability to manage detailed construction schedules (using software like CoConstruct, Buildertrend, or MS Project).
Strong verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with architects, engineers, and clientele.
Problem Solving. A "find-a-way" attitude when faced with field adjustments or supply chain hurdles.
