The Superintendent ensures that all utility installations align with the master project schedule, meet rigorous quality standards, and maintain strict profitability and safety benchmarks.
Responsibilities:
Internal Crew Management: Directly manage and lead internal crews across all aspects of the project lifecycle.
Full Scope Project Oversight: Be responsible for the entire project, including logistics, scheduling, material procurement, and communications with the owner.
Financial Management: Possess experience in managing project financials, which is a key indicator of internal crew management experience.
Safety and Quality: Ensure all work is performed safely and meets the highest quality standards.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Bachelors in construction management or civil engineering
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
7-10 years
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Superintendent, specifically managing internal crews on construction projects.
Experience in the pipeline and/or trenchless construction sectors is strongly preferred.
Ability to work in or relocate to the high-priority market of Savannah, GA, or the Atlanta, GA area.
