Spherion has a 6 month temporary assignment for a Supervisor within a hospital kitchen in the Alexandria, LA area.
Schedule/Shift: Could be any day Monday-Sunday. Shifts could vary between 5:00 AM-1:30 PM and 11:00 AM-8:30PM.
Pay Rate: $19.77/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Daily Supervision: Follows management's lead to coordinate the daily tasks of food service workers.

- Oversees operations of staff within the hospital kitchen.
- Assists managers with supervising key staff and important daily duties.
- Ensures that routine work activities are completed correctly during normal business hours.
- Assisting work staff with daily tasks when needed.
Experience:
1-4 years restaurant leadership experience.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Previous leadership role within the food service industry
