Responsibilities:
-End-to-End Orchestration: Lead procurement, production planning, and inventory management for high-velocity product lines.
-Predictive Planning: Architect demand forecasting and supply models that synchronize production with aggressive sales targets.
-Strategic Sourcing: Cultivate and manage high-value vendor partnerships for ingredients, specialized packaging, and 3PL/logistics services.
-Logistics Optimization: Direct inbound/outbound freight operations with a focus on cost-reduction, route efficiency, and service-level excellence.
-Inventory Integrity: Implement robust control systems to eliminate stockouts and minimize waste/spoilage in a perishable environment.
-Quality & Compliance: Ensure 100% alignment with food safety (FSMA), SQF, and traceability mandates.
-Scalability & SOPs: Design and deploy standard operating procedures (SOPs) that transform current workflows into a scalable engine for growth.

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Skills:
Demonstrated negotiation expertise with suppliers and logistics partners, with a proven ability to secure favorable terms and manage cost controls.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust, influence stakeholders, and maintain firm decision-making standards when required.
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Results-driven mindset with the ability to balance strategic planning and hands-on operational execution.

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
5+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience within CPG, food manufacturing, or beverage industries.
High Level of expertise in demand planning, production scheduling, procurement,logistics, and inventory optimization.
Experience managing ERP/MRP systems and inventory management software in a manufacturing environment.
Advanced analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
