This role is designed to support the Supply Chain and Planning function through high-accuracy transactional execution and cross-functional coordination, while also developing supply chain competencies that can lead to future advancement.

Responsibilities:
Data Management & Analytics

- Create and track production work orders.
- Key work orders into the ERP system after planner has created the job in the planning tool.
- Work order modifications as directed by Planning Team.
- Assist with data clean-up and maintenance of planning tools and ERP master data.
- Data entry of materials needed from other manufacturing sites.
- Collect and report on key supply chain and operational metrics as defined by the process.

Communication & Coordination

- Monitor inventory for expired and soon to expire finished goods and follow up with cross-functional teams.
- Act as a liaison between Planning and Quality to gather and disseminate time-sensitive materials that are on hold to the Planning Team.
- Generate notes from daily production, capacity reviews, and scheduling meetings and distribute accordingly.

Systems Support & Continuous Improvement

- Identify, report, and/or resolve data or system issues in ERP or planning tools.
- Assist with data clean-up and maintenance of planning tools and ERP master data.
- Participate in root cause analysis related to planning errors or execution issues (e.g., missed work orders, expired inventory, BOM errors).

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and walk; use hands and fingers; talk and/or hear. The employee may be required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.

Education:
Associate

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in manufacturing, production scheduling, inventory control, or supply chain support.
- Hands-on experience with ERP or MRP systems (e.g., Business Central, SAP, Oracle).
- Comfortable with data entry, work order processing, and inventory tracking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, filters, basic pivot tables).
- Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
- Associate?s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or related field a plus but will consider experience in lieu of degree.
