Responsibilities:
Review system vulnerability reports to identify affected machines and outline action steps.
Apply necessary software patches, security updates, and system upgrades to Windows workstations.
Resolve technical issues when software updates or security fixes do not install properly.
Maintain clear records of completed tasks and provide routine progress reports to team leaders.
Collaborate with internal support, infrastructure, and security teams to maintain smooth operations.
Follow standard security practices and change-management guidelines while completing assigned tasks.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience using Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), NinjaOne, or LogMeIn.
Background in general Windows system administration tools.
Understanding of standard corporate IT change-management and security protocols.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Practical experience remediating vulnerabilities within a Windows workstation environment.
Strong familiarity with installing security updates, system patches, and application upgrades.
Ability to troubleshoot software installation failures and technical remediation issues.
Clear communication skills with the capability to document technical tasks accurately.
Demonstrated history of being organized, dependable, and self-motivated with minimal direct supervision.
