Responsibilities:
Set up, adjust, and operate various machinery, including welding machines (seam, bottom, and projection), presses, shears, brakes, flanges, and expanders.
Perform duties in work centers such as Bottom Welder, Projection Welder, Seam Welder, Layout, Horn Presses, Hang, Cover Punch, Paint Booth, and Tank Unhang.
Position, hang, and remove transformer tanks and accessory parts from the powered overhead conveyor line.
Execute routine machine and equipment maintenance and upkeep.
Work according to oven pick lists, PQP (Production Quality Plan), NFOI, IDP (Individual Development Plan), and verbal instructions.
Utilize various manual and powered hand tools.
Use simple measuring devices.
Manually handle medium-to-heavy weight material.
Operate hoists, other material handling equipment, and potentially a powered industrial truck (forklift).
Become trained in the safe and proper handling and disposal of chemicals, paints, and waste materials.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Must demonstrate the ability to read and comprehend written materials, such as safety, quality, and operating instructions.
Must be able to perform basic math functions.
Must be physically able to perform the essential functions of the job and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Relevant experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment.
High School Diploma or GED is preferred
