The Team Lead is responsible for managing daily activities within a specific account, department, or station of a warehouse. Key areas of oversight include inbound and outbound product flow, as well as inventory control. The team lead also monitors operational efficiency and ensures tasks are completed within their designated operational area. The typical working hours for this position are from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations for a designated account, department, or station within the warehouse.
- Ensure high levels of inventory accuracy are maintained.
- Adhere to and enforce all established quality standards.
- Effectively utilize and deploy staff to maximize productivity.
-Manage and monitor inbound product flow activities.
- Supervise and maintain accurate inventory control processes.
- Oversee and coordinate outbound product flow activities.
- Track and analyze operational efficiency metrics.
- Ensure all work within the operational area is completed on time and to standard
Working hours: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Experience with inventory management software.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to train and mentor staff.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Understanding of quality control principles.
- Experience in staff coordination and utilization.

- Basic understanding of operational efficiency tracking.
