We are seeking two qualified candidates-one for each shift-to join a well known clients of ours team as a Production Line Lead. This is a critical leadership role for driving quality and efficiency!
Shift + Hours:
1st Shift 7:00 am - 3:30 pm $17.00/hr
2nd Shift 3:30 pm - 12:00 $19.00/hr ($17.00 base + $2.00 shift differential)

The Team Lead is responsible for the organization, direction, and training of 4-8 production line team members. You will be accountable for achieving productivity and efficiency goals while strictly ensuring that all operating procedures and quality standards are met. This role acts as the primary communication link to line supervision and management.
Responsibilities:
- Direct Supervision: Operate and supervise a production line team of 4-8 individuals, effectively communicating performance and behavioral expectations.
- Quality Control (QC): Oversee and conduct routine QC checks, ensuring the packed product matches quality specifications.
- Line Management: Organize and direct line set-up and changeovers. Ensure line clearances and call for Start-up QC at the beginning of any new job/lot.
- Training: Instruct line personnel on correct work methods, component replenishment, and quality requirements.
- Logistics: Understand and communicate the correct process for component handling, accurate product counts, and proper pallet patterns and product locating.
- Reporting: Accurately complete all required paperwork, demonstrating proficiency in using a tablet and basic math skills.
- Compliance: Ensure all line personnel comply with required PPE and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

Skills:
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using a tablet and performing basic math calculations.
- Demonstrates leadership, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1+ years of proven experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Supervisory Experience: 1+ years of experience supervising a team of 3 or more people (preferably in a manufacturing setting).
- Communication: Ability to effectively communicate (speak, read, and write) in English to train staff and interpret official documents.
- Assessment: Willingness to take and successfully pass a Team Lead Assessment with a minimum score of 80%.
