Responsibilities:
- Conduct face-to-face customer interactions in the field and remote sessions to diagnose and resolve technical service issues.
- Analyze and identify problems related to home PCs, MAC hardware, LANs, and router configurations.
- Effectively assess and prioritize multiple technical concerns to ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols while working in a variety of commercial and residential field conditions.
- Contribute to a proactive and positive office culture, working flexibly during nights and weekends as needed to meet customer needs.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Familiarity with Ethernet, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and FTP protocols, as well as network utilities like PING and IPCONFIG.
- Prior experience in a helpdesk or technical support role, specifically involving Analog/VoIP phones and wireless networks.
- Holding an A+ Certification is considered a significant advantage for this position.
- Experience navigating a variety of web browser platforms and configuring diverse email clients.
- Practical experience troubleshooting voice services and connectivity issues in a professional environment.

Qualifications:
- Comprehensive knowledge of Windows and MAC operating systems, including a solid understanding of PC/MAC hardware components.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, specifically tailored for professional face-to-face customer service.
- A proven ability to analyze, identify, and solve complex technical problems under pressure.
- Ability to sit for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs. when performing field installations or hardware swaps.
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalent, along with a valid and clean Driver???s License.
