Set up and operate specialized machinery for electronic component manufacturing.
Monitor machine output for quality and consistency, making adjustments as needed.
Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and perform routine equipment maintenance.
Collaborate with onsite managers and trainers to ensure production targets are met.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
SMT & Electronics Familiarity: Previous experience with Surface Mount Technology (SMT) or handling sensitive electronic components (including ESD/Static safety awareness).
Technical Troubleshooting: The ability to identify, diagnose, and clear minor mechanical jams or software errors to minimize production downtime.
Precision Measurement & Blueprint Reading: Proficiency in using tools like calipers and reading technical schematics to ensure parts meet exact quality specifications.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in machine operation or a technical manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Must be eligible for Customs and Border Protection (CBP) clearance (Standard requirement for all personnel working within the Free Trade Zone).
