We are looking for detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Assistant for a Manufacturing site in Arden,NC to support a special short-term project focused on improving document management within our Quality Management System. In this role, you will assist in organizing, reviewing, and standardizing documentation to ensure full compliance with internal procedures and industry standards such as IATF 16949. Responsibilities:
-Support a focused project to improve document management processes and organization within SharePoint or designated digital systems.
-Organize and maintain controlled documents, ensuring strict adherence to proper version control and traceability standards.
-Assist in identifying gaps, duplicates, or outdated documentation and actively support necessary data cleanup activities.
-Create, edit, and format procedures, work instructions, and company records using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
-Develop user-friendly training materials (including presentations, step-by-step guides, and quick references) related to updated document control processes.
-Maintain the absolute confidentiality and operational integrity of all company data, records, and proprietary information.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-Prior administrative experience working within a manufacturing or automotive production environment.
-Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and document control requirements, with specific knowledge of IATF 16949 considered a strong asset.
-Direct experience in creating instructional content and delivering basic training resources to employee groups.
