Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Organize and maintain physical and electronic case files to ensure all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct preliminary legal research and assist in the preparation of legal briefs, memos, and correspondence.
- Administrative Support: Manage attorney calendars, coordinate filings, and handle sensitive communications with professionalism and discretion.
- Document Preparation: Proofread, format, and finalize legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with court or corporate standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Foundation: A Paralegal Certificate, JD, or a degree in a related field is highly preferred
- Relevant Experience: Prior experience within a law firm or corporate legal department is required to ensure a quick transition into the role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with legal practice management software.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong written communication, and the ability to pivot between tasks in a high-pressure environment.
