Responsibilities:
-Will be answering phone calls in a courteous manner
-Scheduling jobs accordingly
-Dispatching drivers to jobs
-Proof reading drivers notes and inputting them into the system to invoice out to customers

-Able to work basis office equipment

-Prior experience working in an office/administrative role
