We are seeking a Temporary Library Records Project Specialist for a 14-week project based in Oklahoma City. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in libraries, archives, or records centers. You will support a major client initiative focused on stabilizing, packing, and inventorying archival and library materials. All work will be conducted onsite, under the guidance of the Project Lead.
Responsibilities:
-Carefully stabilize and pack archival and library materials according to provided guidelines (training provided)
-Handle fragile and sensitive materials with care (training provided)
-Maintain proper collection order and log inventory data into a proprietary database (training provided)
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
-Strong work ethic with a focus on meeting productivity goals
-High attention to detail and accuracy
-Proficient in reading and writing in English
-Comfortable reading small print and handling detailed tasks
-Physically able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours, and bend or squat as needed
-Able to follow instructions and work independently or collaboratively

-Prior work in a library, archives, records center, or warehouse
-Experience with inventory management or database systems
-Familiarity with data entry and handling delicate materials
