Spherion Staffing is looking for a Temporary Recruiter for a 2-3-month assignment in Fargo. The Human Resources Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.

Pay: $25-26/hour DOE
Responsibilities:
-Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process
-Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
-Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
-Assist with job posting and advertisement processes
-Screen applications and selects qualified candidates
-Schedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials
-Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders
-Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer/transfer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, start dates, and other pertinent details
-Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
-Attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions
-Coordinate onboarding process including background, drug, reference checks and licensure verification
-Perform other duties as assigned
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required
-Previous experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred, ideally 2-3 years
