Pay: $19-21 per hour to start (based on experience)
Schedule: Stable, full-time position

Responsibilities:
Perform TIG welding specifically on aluminum components and assemblies.
Read and interpret basic blueprints and technical work instructions.
Prepare materials for welding, including cleaning and precisely fitting parts together.
Inspect completed welds thoroughly to ensure all quality standards are met.
Safely operate welding equipment and standard hand tools.
Maintain efficiency by keeping a clean and organized work area and collaborating closely with team members to meet production goals.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Previous experience specifically working with aluminum TIG welding.
Basic blueprint reading skills.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Welding Knowledge: Some prior TIG welding experience.
Technical Basics: Ability to read a tape measure and follow written instructions.
Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail, quality workmanship, and a dependable work ethic with a positive attitude.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work comfortably in a manufacturing environment throughout the entire shift.
