This position is responsible for the execution of preventive and predictive maintenance programs at various client sites throughout the Midwest. Schedule: Monday to Friday, Dayshift (Hours will vary)
Wage: $20.00 - $42.00/hr
Traveling Requirements: 8 - 10 Overnights per month

On-Call: Every 6 weeks (Monday to Sunday rotation)
Overtime: Weekends as needed and extended days depending on work being performed
Responsibilities:
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform major installations, overhauls, and proactive tasks on rotating systems including hammer mills, centrifugal pumps, and cooling towers.
- Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): Assist and perform duties involving Digital Radiography (DR), Ultrasonic Thickness Testing (UTT), Eddy Current (ET), and Magnetic Particle (MT) testing.
- Diagnostic Analysis: Utilize knowledge of vibration analysis, laser alignment, and dynamic balancing to monitor and improve machine health.
- Software & Data: Use SKF Software for data collection, creating routes, and importing/exporting machine data.
- Safety & Risk Management: Identify and report health and safety risks, accidents, and property damage while ensuring the correct use of personal protective equipment.
- Collaborative Training: Work closely with senior PTI employees for the first 12 months to develop specialized field skills.
Skills:
- Education: Associate degree in industrial maintenance or equivalent mechanical work experience. (preferred)
- Safety Certification: OSHA- 30 Hours Training

Qualifications:
- Experience: 2 years of Industrial Mechanical experience or an educational certification and has a passion for mechanical concepts and diagnostics
- Environment: Must be comfortable with traveling out of state and unpredictable schedule and repairs.
- Technical Skills: High-level mechanical skills are a must.
- Certifications: Ability to obtain Vibration Analyst ISO Category II/III and various NDT certifications within 2?3 years (PTI provides training).
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
