Pay Range: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour 
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Overtime available)

Responsibilities:

• Install, custom fit, and repair industrial truck bodies, hoists, platform bodies, liftgates, tarps, snowplows, sanders, and specialized truck accessories.
• Perform chassis frame straightening, frame modification, trailer straightening, electrical wiring, suspension work, and brake repairs.
• Conduct precision vehicle alignments and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Execute quality MIG/stick welding, grinding, torching, and metal fabrication to complete installations or frame repairs.
• Maintain safety standards while operating overhead cranes, forklifts, power tools, and shop machinery.
• Work independently or collaborate in pairs/small teams to complete builds efficiently.

Skills:

• Valid DOT Inspection Certification (or willingness to obtain one upon hire).
• Prior mechanical experience with medium/heavy-duty truck chassis, commercial suspensions, hydraulics, or 12V DC electrical systems.
• Alignment experience (Bee-Line alignment system experience is a major plus).

Qualifications:

• Welding Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven welding and metal fabrication experience.
• Hand Tools: Must own standard hand tools (rental/tool acquisition programs available).
• Physical Capability: Ability to stand, bend, squat, reach, twist, and grip continuously during the shift.
• Lifting Ability: Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs unassisted, and utilize team lifts, overhead cranes, or forklifts for heavier objects.
