Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Overtime opportunities available)
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour (Based on experience)

Responsibilities:
- Perform frame straightening, alignment, and trailer repairs on a variety of heavy-duty vehicles and trucks.
- Repair and service vehicle electrical wiring, suspensions, and brakes.
- Perform welding and grinding tasks.
- Complete DOT inspections or be willing to obtain certification to do so.
- Work effectively independently or in a team of two to complete daily shop tasks.
- Follow all safety protocols, including wearing required steel-toe shoes and safety glasses.
- Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs., utilizing proper equipment (two-man lifts, forklifts, overhead cranes) for heavier items.
- Perform other shop duties as assigned to support the team.
Skills:
- Current DOT Certification for vehicle inspections (or willingness to obtain).
- Hands-on experience with commercial frame and alignment equipment.
- Strong mechanical problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of professional welding experience required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks on a continual basis, including standing, squatting, bending, twisting, reaching, sitting, gripping, and wrenching.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. continually.
- Must be able to provide your own small hand tools (A rent-to-own toolbox program with company subsidy is available).
