the opportunity to work a hands-on, market-facing role ideal for a professional with 2-3 years of experience in hospitality or property management who thrives at the intersection of service, systems, and execution. This role blends task-based field work with operational support across inspections, maintenance coordination, and guest readiness.
Responsibilities:
- Field Operations and Team Leadership: Vendor Management, Standards/Coaching, Local Leadership, and act as the on-call local contact for incidents requiring management presence or in-person troubleshooting.
- Quality Assurance and Logistics: identify maintenance needs and quality gaps, oversee guest arrivals, and manage access/schedules for "last-mile" logistics with cleaning and maintenance teams.
- Homeowner Onboarding and Relations: Support onboarding efforts by serving as the local field presence for new properties entering the portfolio, and act as a trusted local point of contact for homeowners to ensure service delivery and operational clarity.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
2-3 years in hospitality, vacation rentals, property management, or a related field.

Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
- Communication: Excellent client-facing professionalism and verbal/written communication skills.
- Mindset: A hands-on, solutions-oriented approach with extreme attention to detail.
- Autonomy: Comfortable working independently in the field while collaborating effectively with remote teams.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with short-term rental operations, inspection software, or onboarding workflows is a plus.
- Requirements: Valid driver???s license and reliable transportation are required.
