You will own the client relationship from discovery through production, ensuring accuracy, profitability, and long-term account growth.

Responsibilities:
Consultative Selling & Discovery
- Conduct in-depth discovery conversations to understand client goals, environment, branding, and budget
- Recommend appropriate signage solutions based on durability, materials, and life expectancy
- Educate customers on product options, substrates, finishes, and installation considerations
Project Estimating & Coordination
- Prepare accurate, timely quotes using internal estimating software
- Translate client vision into clear production specifications
- Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure feasibility and quality execution
- Manage proof approvals and revisions
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Skills:
Experience in signage, printing, construction materials, or other technical product environments preferred
Experience preparing quotes or estimates
Strong commercial mindset with comfort discussing pricing and margins

Qualifications:
2+ years of consultative selling and/or account management experience
Ability to quickly learn product specifications and technical differences
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Self-starter comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment
