Responsibilities:
Promote & Direct: Drive direct sales of complete agricultural equipment projects while strategically expanding dealer channels across assigned Eastern states.
Travel & Engage: Perform routine in-person site visits to farm businesses and dealers to build long-term relationships and support sales representatives.
Analyze & Communicate: Track industry trends, product innovations, and competitor strengths to inform leadership and optimize team strategies.
Prepare & Present: Draft accurate, timely sales proposals and present customized equipment solutions directly to key decision-makers.
Collaborate & Align: Partner with marketing and senior leadership to design growth strategies for new and existing regional markets.
Resolve & Support: Handle customer issues promptly and professionally to ensure seamless project delivery and lasting satisfaction.
Network & Prospect: Represent the business at key trade shows and networking events to generate high-value leads.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Industry Knowledge: Hands-on experience with agricultural equipment, commercial storage projects, or grain bin systems.
Education: Associate or bachelor's degree in business, agriculture, or a related field.

Travel Capability: Willingness and ability to travel continuously throughout the assigned multi-state territory.

Organization & Execution: Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
